My photo essay shows my time in India through pictures of beautiful places in nature. With guidance from a professional photographer who lives in the village where I stayed, I took pictures of birds and other wildlife, and they turned out really well. I paid a lot of attention to natural light, especially at dawn or dusk, because the scene felt more peaceful. I also added pictures of the area around me to show how individuals and locations are connected. In general, the photos are meant to feel warm and personal. I want to show how the people around us shape who we are, even when people are not directly shown in every photograph. I am really proud of these photographs because to me, they look professional.
